Knuckle Dragger Magazine (KDM), a men’s lifestyle publication based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, recently launched an updated editorial format. The new format includes a more streamlined content focus which includes autos, music, women, sex, humor, and entertainment. Sports, Tearsheets, and The Happy Bartender were dropped from the lineup after a poor consumer reception.
“We’re excite to create the content that our readers want”, said Rodney Burrell, Editor-in-Chief of KDM.
Knuckle Dragger Magazine was started in 2011, originally as a digital magazine. in 2012, the magazine went to a monthly print format for the year, and in 2013 decided to scale back to a bi-monthly format with a digital and web component. Reception for the magazine has been encouraging, with the company’s website receiving over 75,000 hits per month, and being accepted for distribution through Barnes&Noble.
